    INGREDIENTS
    For the dough
    1 cup Warm Milk
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1.5 tsp Dry Yeast
    1/4 cup Melted Butter
    2 cups All Purpose Flour

    for the filling
    1/4th cup softened butter
    1/4th cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon/pumpkin spice

    METHOD
    In a large bowl add the warm milk yeast and sugar
    Whisk till well combined
    rest for 10-15 mins till the mixture gets frothy
    Add the melted butter and flour make a soft dough. Knead for 5-8mins and rest in a warm place for 90mins

    Make the filling by combining butter sugar and cinnamon.

    follow the directions in the video and bake at 356F/180C for 18-22mins
    Top w cream cheese frosting if you’d like and dig in!
