  7. I just found coconut rolls at Aldi!! Like the ones you bought at Ingles. They were up by the register. Blue bag from the Benton's brand. They're crispy baked coconut rolls with toasted black sesame seeds. They are delicious! I can't stop eating them LOL

  24. No sugar in our cornbread either & the mix is so hard to find without it. Martha White Yellow is the only one I've found that's sugarless. My dad used to buy me the orange slices but they were covered in sugar & thicker. Love Betty's.

  28. We love going to Famous Dave's restaurant in a city near us. The corn bread muffins there are so great and it is the one thing we look forward to eating. Years ago my husband, son and I were there eating and Famous Dave himself came walking through the restaurant and was shaking hands with people. When he got to our table he shook our hands and then asked if he could sit and visit with us. He sat for about a half hour just talking to us and we had some good conversations with him. He is a very nice man. His restaurants are decorated with lots of old time metal signs from gas stations, car parts places and more. Also things like old gas pumps, old lamps, etc. Really unique. At the table they have paper towel holders made from old metal pipes. Just a fun place to go and the atmosphere is so nice. Have a great and safe 4th of July.
