Ingredients:
5 small granny smith apples
1 cup dried fruits: plums, raisins, apricots or mix of those
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon dry ginger
2 bay leaves
6 lb boneless pork shoulder
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
1 pinch saffron
600ml orange concentrate
600ml water
1 cup baby carrots
parsley for garnish

Can't go wrong by calling them "containers" which can mean anything from box, can to jar. I must try this recipe! I am wondering about the addition of the saffron, however. I thought that was added by people primarily for its yellow color. Does it add flavor, as well?
