Hello All, Had plans to chat about some of the questions that were asked…well that changed. We had a surprise visitor. Our inspector stopped by. Surprise because we were not due until July.
He knew we were recording and we didnāt have to hide his face, but we did it anyway.(as best we couldš) Hopefully this video helps someone.

that inspector is out of pocket they do too much in that city period and apparently far as conducting inspections like that etc…

We starting our own business from a tent stand. It looks like Fl requires a commissary kitchen?
ATL is infested with unlicensed food trucks and BBQ grillers setting up in any empty parking lot they can find. There is ZERO enforcement by the law or inspectors here. It's the Wild West.

Do you guys use a commissary kitchen? Is it required for a bbq concession trailer? Help…. I donāt know. Canāt get a black n white answer
You work together so well. I love your operation. I am picky about eating other peoples cooking because I was at a farmers market and could see the equipment being used by the food truck beside me. I wouldn't eat anything he cooked because his equipment was filthy. I don't know how he EVER got certified by the health department.
I really like your video but thereās like 10 commercials in a 20 minute video is this a glitch or do all your videos have so many commercials? Either way itās nice to see the day-to-day operations of a food truck !

People do not understand they think you are nagging all the time about cleaning, don't wait clean wipe right away because it gets caked on overtime and become harder to clean

Well, Gr8 videoclip been tossing it around to get in that business, doing Smash Burgers / other favorites that prepare quickly, but thatās a lot of work, I donāt mind the inspection part, keeps ya on your toes, but you guys look to really have your act together, best of luck, Iām from your part of the State, just need to stop bye an check u folks-out.
