Fluffiest Hotdog Wool Bread Roll You Can Make Like A Pro



How to make Hotdog Wool Bread Roll bakery style. This bread is so tender and fluffy, you’re not gonna buy from store or bakery anymore. Make your own fresh bread at home, free from chemicals and extenders.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg (if you are allergic to egg, you can use 1/4 cup yogurt instead)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (405g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast (7g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)

10 pcs big hotdog of your choice
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tablespoon milk

PORTUGUESE:
Aqui está o que você precisa:
1 xícara de leite morno (250ml)
1 ovo grande (se você é alérgico a ovo, pode usar 1/4 xícara de iogurte)
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar (45g)
1 colher de chá de sal (5g)
3 e 1/4 xícara de farinha multiuso (405g)
2 e 1/4 colher de chá de fermento seco instantâneo (7g)
1/4 xícara de manteiga sem sal (55g)

10 pcs big hotdog de sua escolha
Lavagem de ovo: 1 ovo + 2 colher de sopa de leite

Esto es lo que necesitará:
1 taza de leche tibia (250 ml)
1 huevo grande (si es alérgico al huevo, puede usar 1/4 taza de yogur en su lugar)
3 cucharadas de azúcar (45 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
3 y 1/4 taza de harina para todo uso (405 g)
2 y 1/4 cucharaditas de levadura seca instantánea (7 g)
1/4 taza de mantequilla sin sal (55 g)

10 piezas de perrito caliente grande de su elección
Lavado de huevos: 1 huevo + 2 cucharadas de leche

ITALIAN:
Ecco di cosa avrai bisogno:
1 tazza di latte caldo (250 ml)
1 uovo grande (se sei allergico all’uovo, puoi invece usare 1/4 di tazza di yogurt)
3 cucchiai di zucchero (45 g)
1 cucchiaino di sale (5 g)
3 e 1/4 tazza di farina per tutti gli usi (405 g)
2 cucchiaini e 1/4 di lievito secco istantaneo (7g)
1/4 tazza di burro non salato (55 g)

10 pezzi di hotdog grandi a scelta
Eggwash: 1 uovo + 2 cucchiai di latte

  2. I really love eating breads and your videos are therapeutic. but everytime I knead mine, i couldn't pass window pane test, and it makes me dissapointed that I dont want to do breads anymore. I've been kneading and slapping my dough for 30 mins but it still breaks. Do you have any tips for me? I feel like im doing it right but I think there is something wrong that I dont know what it is. ;(

  3. Thank you for the delicious and fun recipe. I doubled the recipe. The hot dogs in a bun turned out great. I sprinkled them with a little everything bagel seasoning. They looked very fancy. With the other half of the recipe I made cinnamon rolls. Rolled it out buttered it, sprinkled with Vietnamese cinnamon, a little granulated sugar and heavier with light brown sugar. Topped with a simple powdered sugar frosting. They were so delicious! Thanks again!
