Nik Sharma is a great addition to ATK. The flavor forward segments are very useful and informative. His cookbooks and recipes on ATK are delicious.😋
This one bugs me. Each of those three lines is two things. You should have just made it 6 things.
I had the "Curse of Taylor Farms" this past summer. I may never eat salad again.
i wish i could get this recipe's quantities written out without having to pay for it :/
Nik is one of my favourite hosts recently

Looks amazing! Def gonna be making this for lunches.
I love the quick pickle idea
Nik Sharma has the exact qualities to be a great ATK host. I'm so confused by the other comments. I also loved their recent yogurt overview video.
This was fun to watch and highly informative, thank you.
Peanut allergies what do you have instead
Did you have to wait for the mango to be ripe to record this video? 😅 Seriously, this recipe sound great!
I count six… Why three
Another great video! Thanks.
Can you not have this guy on so many videos? Thatd be great, thanks
I don't care for this guy.
I don like when the shef is more speaking then cooking. Sorry!!!
Nice presentation! Thank you.
Ugh. No thank you.
I'll save you 8 minutes:
The formula is 3 pairs of contrasting elements/ingredients:
1. Juiciness vs Crunch, e.g. mangoes and nuts.
2. Acidity vs Richness, e.g. vinegar and oil.
3. Light Aromatics vs Savoriness, e.g. fresh herbs and oyster sauce.
Yummy
