レシピあり📝 ————————————————————————————————- 美味しそう！食べたいはぜひ『❤️』いいね👍 これ、作ってみたい！😍は右下の保存ボタンを忘れずによろしくお願いいたします😊✨ —————————————————————————————————————————————————- 大根を 下茹で することで味がしみ込みやすくなり、 最後に 水溶き片栗粉 でとろみをつけるから、 タレが絡んで 最後の一口まで美味しい😋 **材料**（2〜3人分） -大根 ：1/2本（約500g） -豚ひき肉：170g -生姜：5g（みじん切り） -水：400ml -ほんだし：小さじ1 -しょうゆ ： 大さじ2.5 -みりん ：大さじ1.5 -酒 ：大さじ1.5 -砂糖 ： 大さじ1.5 -ごま油 ：小さじ1 -片栗粉：小さじ1（水大さじ1で溶く） -小ネギ：適量 -糸切り唐辛子：適量 **作り方** ①大根の下準備 大根は皮をむき、1.5cm厚の半月切りorいちょう切りにする。鍋に大根とたっぷりの水、 米（または米のとぎ汁）を入れ、中火で20分ほど下茹で。 竹串がスッと通ったら、水でさっと洗い、ザルにあげる。 ②煮る 鍋にごま油を熱し、生姜を炒める。香りが立ったら豚ひき肉を加え、ほぐしながら炒める。 肉の色が変わったら、大根・水（400ml）・だしの素・調味料（しょうゆ・みりん・酒・砂糖）を 加える。 ③煮込む 沸騰したら弱火にし、落とし蓋をして15分ほど煮込む。 味がしみたら、水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみをつける。 ④仕上げ 火を止めて少し置くと、さらに味がなじむ。 器に盛り、お好みで小ねぎや糸切り唐辛子を散らして完成！ 水分が多めだから、しっかり煮詰めて味を染み込ませると美味しいよ！ “幸せの秘訣は、食べること” 頑張りすぎない自分時間を‥ 💾 この投稿を保存して、いつでも作れるようにして いただくと嬉しいです💓みなさまのいいねやフォローが励みになります。…
