INGREDIENT & PROCESS
Lukewarm milk 110 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix well
Knead for 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some oil
Cover
Rest for 60 mins
Soften butter 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Oregano to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Parsley 1 tbsp
Mix well
Mozzarella cube
Seal well
Brush garlic butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 15-20 mins
