Ingredients:
400 gms veal or beef (thinly sliced & tenderized)
bread rolls or goan pao
tomatoes (sliced)
onions (sliced into rings)
few lettuce leaves (shredded)
tomato ketchup
cooking oil
semolina (for coating)
8 garlic cloves
1” ginger
1 green chilli
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ cup vinegar
salt to taste

looks good it's goat right I always make out of beef yesterday I made some curry beef and took some slices to do like you did I'm going to make today and by the way I deep them in egg to avoid the farina falling thank you for sharing
