Fire Roasted Lamb Ribs (Total cooking time Approx. 2½ hours on low heat)
∙ 1.8KG Whole Lamb Rib
∙ 2 Mutton Stock cubes (Bouillon cubes)
∙ ¼ cup Canola oil
∙ Salt & Pepper

Golden Syrup & Mustard BBQ sauce Pork Belly
∙ 700g Pork belly
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ ¼ cup white vinegar
∙ ½ tablespoon onion powder
∙ ½ tablespoon garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon Mustard powder

Creamy Camembert & Bacon Potato Bake
∙ Butter
∙ 8 Boiled Potatoes
∙ 5 Garlic cloves (Minced)
∙ 400g Smoked Bacon (Diced)
∙ 1 teaspoon dried Thyme
∙ 250g Camembert cheese
∙ 1 Onion
∙ 500ml Cream

  1. Congratulations on 10,000 subs. Everything in this video looks delicious! We'll have to try that pork belly. We like to use sorghum syrup in some of our pork barbecue (it's an old ingredient here in the southern US) and it has some similarities.
