For the strawberry milkshake you need:
3/4 cup frozen strawberries (180 ml / about 120 g)
1/2 cup canned coconut milk, frozen (120 ml)*
1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 date or 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
•
•
*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use 1/4 cup / 60 ml coconut milk. Also replace the date with a teaspoon of maple syrup☺️
