I made this smoothie this morning and even though it's cloudy and raining here on the East Coast, this drink helped lift my spirits! You can taste all of the yummy ingredients and neither one is overpowering! I have made many of Jen's smoothies, but this one by far is my favorite!
This smoothie looks delicious! I always keep a bag with sliced frozen bananas in it, so I get a thicker almost milkshake like consistency to my smoothies.
Another great video!! Thanks for the great tips!
OK…this is SUPER DELICIOUS! And easy to make, too! I never thought to leave on some of the pith from the orange, but it's brilliant. I love these videos, and Jen's recipes are just amazing. She makes it pretty much idiot-proof to have a healthy, "fast-food" lifestyle!
It was great i will make it again!
Sounds delicious! Canβt wait to try it.
This smoothie reminds me of the "Beginner's Luck Remix" smoothie with coconut water! π Blended that goodness for the first time in 2013 and it's still my favorite recipe from SGS!
I canβt wait to try this!
Iβm making this smoothie this morning. My 5-year old loves to help making these!
I am very eager to blend this up! I feel energized and invigorated when DRINKING MY GREENS!!!
What a great recipe! Can't wait to try it! And I really love those Mason jars, too! Thanks for the great video! Cheers!
It never occurred to me to cut the orange peel off to save the vitamins in the pith. Brilliant! π
This looks great. If I don't have coconut water on hand, or I just want to add a little twist, my favorite go to ingredient is ripe honeydew melon. It works like a liquid once blended (so I use it in place of about half the water/liquid) and it adds amazing flavor. Super sweet and delicious. My kids never reject a smoothie with this melon in it…no matter how green it is! π -Mandie
Sounds delicious! Canβt wait to try it. Also loving those adorable mason jars!
Loving to add the frozen, already pealed ingredients!
What a GREAT recipe! Love the glasses you poured it in.
It was delicious & so simple to make! Definitely going to continue making this. Thank you for all the delicious recipes that I wouldn't have ever been able to create!
Much appreciation for the demo. In the process of getting healthier.
Sounds yummy. I like that you are using frozen mango.
This smoothie looks great, especially with the coconut water. Can't wait to try it!
I really like your smoothies because they are all easy to make and fast and use every day ingredients
