  1. I saw this grill demoing at an event earlier this year. Was pretty neat and at least from reading the recipes I was able to generate, the recipes looked legit. I can see this tech having a place for people new to BBQ. At the very least, I hope it makes all those other grill brands update their apps. Won't name names, but I've experienced a couple of "smart" grills that could barely make a wifi connection work.

I have over 60 hours logged with AI large language models and I can tell you that I had it agreeing with me on many controversial issues such USD, housing, vaccines ETC. by the end of the weekend. Pose pure logic and specific words to so called AI and it folds fast. Now posing these questions to an intelligent human, who is quick and inquisitive, the outcome would be much more interesting.

  3. My only issue with AI is that it takes away all the fun of learning and living barbecue. One thing I love about barbecue is sharing my war stories with others. As always, this is a very good video, and I am sure there are others who think AI is cool.
