What's sad is the handful of vegans who always seem to go in a crusade in the comments of this guys videos. All of the "I'm not a vegan but I need to try this" comments are why he does this. Not to bully others, argue with people, and mock them or belittle thrm for not agreeing with him. But to change people's minds ine helpful tip and tasty meal at a time. I'm a pescatarian, I don't cunsume red meat at all for health reasons. I also use as little diary as possible. But for the same health reasons I'm on this diet I can't completely cut meat out. It's just not affordable or practical for my body and health. Not everyone can afford to go vegan, never mind how unpractical it would be for everyone health wise seeing as everyone's bodies are different and need different things. Bashing people over the head with "you're a lier and you suck" isn't going to change any minds, just push more people away.
