Honey Garlic Chicken!

Ingredients:

– 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
– 1/4 cup honey
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium, if preferred)
– 2 tbsp butter
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– flour for coating
Instructions:
– Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides then coat with flour.
– In a skillet over medium-high heat add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
– In the same skillet, melt the butter.
– Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant (be careful not to burn it). Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring to combine.
– Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
– Spoon more of the sauce over the chicken before serving.
– Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired, and serve with rice or veggies.
