What barbecue spot do you think Eater should do a 'Smoke Point' episode on?
I would eat there everyday if I lived in Houston.
That good looks awesome!
This is definitely a spot I gotta check out!! The food looks delicious 😋!! Great 💯 Video and Thanks for Sharing,🧡🤍🔥🤍🧡
That is a ridiculous amount of sugar!!!
The way he pronounces gochujang is really annoying he should at least try to say it correctly.
He came over w/ them ancestor bowl
I know i'm late, but that bow from the start looking very f*cking familiar😂
Do you not have to wash off the meat first before seasoning it?
Nah !! I like my bbq texan and my pho vietnamese no fusion , thanks anyway
His pronunciation of "gochujang" just ruined this video
They seems gave up on themselves, rolling into the hell casually.
Asian food so good but the kitchens always so dirty.
Whenever I look at the newest comments of any of these types of videos I see the most brain rotting comments ever.
Daffuq is a pit Master lol Americans and titels he can grill congratulations!
If he's bringing "Asian flavors" it's not Texas bbq.
Good luck to your business
eastern flavour >>>>> western
When Asian join the BBQ game you know it's going to be awesome. American BBQ is all about the sauce, meats in very bland.
😂 please your rib don’t look that good sit down stop bragging .
Been wanting something like this for a long time.
Lots of Vietnamese folks moved to the Texas gulf coast in the 70's and I want to see every different culture add their OWN flavors to BBQ….then we get to eat it =)
Vietnamese guy with that southern twang is funny
I was in high school with someone named Quy Hoang, but he became a dentist.
I have that same bowl.
Major respect for this guy
