Great video. So well explained. Thanks.
You, wasteful, [insert derogatory slander here]
The chicken backbone can be used for stock. There is no part of any food that is waste.
Even spoiled food can be used as compost, bruised food as animal feed..nothing is waste.
Awesome! Thanks so much. Easy instructions
Thank you! Very clear & concise.

Thanks very much. I need to buy some good shears!
THANK YOU!!!! Wow..lol FINALLY a CLEAR video, of butterflying a chicken!! thumbs up ^_^ Even The Food Network didn't show how to do this, as clearly!! MOST videos didn't even remove the breast bone/cartilage…! slow head shake lol On top of that, YOU were the ONLY one to mention cuttin out ribs ect, for boneless butterfly chicken!! hehe.. Good job man!! Finally!! A person who knows how to REALLY butterfly a chicken!! ; D
I do a step further..To get extra meat/skin, I slit it down the middle first, and spread everything to the sides, before I cut out the spine.. ^_^ Thanks again for this video dude!! Oh!! Another killer trick..When ya butteryfly it, go from the top, down, peeling the skin up.. Poke holes with a thin, pointy knife, and rub in spices!! It makes a HUGE difference! It infuses the spices between the skin and breasts….Plus ya still get all that yummy, crispy skin on the outside! thumbs up Awesome man…. : D
I see you had some Cimarron Doc on the table but didnt get your review on it.How is it? I need a Rub for chicken with plenty of flavor…
