Pick up some SWAG!!!
STEP 1 Unwrap and rinse ribs
STEP 2 Trim all excess fat and loose meat tags
STEP 3 Remove membrane off bak of ribs
STEP 4 Coat ribs with thin coating of yellow mustard
STEP 5 Cover ribs with favorite rub on front and back
STEP 6 Heat grill up to 250 degrees and add favorite smoke wood, I prefer hickory
STEP 7 Place ribs over indirect heat and smoke for 3 hours
STEP 8 Prior to removing ribs from heat, place layer of foil on counter, spread 1/2 cup of brown sugar on foil, top sugar with 10 pads of butter, and drizzle maple syrup over top of sugar and butter
STEP 9 After 3 hours, remove ribs from heat and place bone up on top of butter and brown sugar. Wrap tightly in foil.
STEP 10 Place ribs back on heat at 250 degrees, bones down, for 2 more hours.
STEP 11 After 2 hours, remove ribs from heat, unwrap, and put back on heat, bones down, at 250 degrees.
STEP 12 Coat ribs with thin coating of favorite sauce or add more dry rub.
STEP 13 Grill for 30-45 minutes to set in sauce then remove from heat. Serve

These look good but i think thats WAAAY too much sugar. you went completely overboard with the rub, i get and do myself as well…but you said the main ingredient in that rub was sugar…then after they smoke for 3 hours you add ANOTHER full cup of sugar AND butter??? just seems unnecessary. too much sugar.
It’s not about feeding your friends, it’s about the bbq you made along the way
Best and detailed video I've seen on this subject..👍
I noticed your breathing I’m not trying to be mean in any way shape or form but you should try to shed a few pounds for your health , I came here to learn how to make ribs and thank you for teaching me !
Goddammit I couldn't make it past his fucking breathing when he was pulling the membrane and seasoning 🥴🥴
Bro, your breathing indicates you should exercise your heart a bit
Hello , what meat probe did you use for your ribs ?thank you !
Not sure why but the ribs were charred. Meat was ok, a little dry. Seems like they were in too long.
Make a video on how to clean up that messy grill😅😂
My god that looks amazing!
Breathing a little heavy their bubba. Great video great ribs 👍🏻thanks for the instruction and yes Bluebonnet is the best 👌
You are the Ribs Professor . Love it
When you say North Texas, is that the Wichita Falls area? Kinda looks like it might be. But it could be the Decatur area. Just curious.
I tried this for the first time yesterday! Absolutely the best ribs I’ve ever had 👍
Those ribs look mighty fine sir. I also love your outdoor setup it looks awesome. Needless to say I have goals to have a setup like that. 😊
I tried the recipe and it was the best!! But the brown sugar makes it too sweet! What to do about that?
Exactly! I am always cleaning my hands to avoid getting my seasonings and anything I need to grab and use while seasoning, are clean!
I never heard someone say i don't like my ribs juicy and tender 😅
Rookie with ribs…I wanted to thank you for the guidance..the ribs came out great..
I'm making ribs tonight and I don't have pellets prepared. Can I just do this same recipe without smoking?
Thought this was Ben Mallah at first 😅

I dont have a smoker tube or a water tray, do i need those? Or will it work witbout it?
Ugly looking ribs. Black?? Let's alone the time and over elaborated procedure. i lost my appetite. i think that with so much sugars and sweet stuff, those ribs became a … dessert.
От это супер рецепт!! Уже 5 раз их делал и все мои друзья в восторге!! Это очень вкусно!! Спасибо!!
I only use my clean hand to touch my bottles not my meat hand, then proceeds to close the lid wit his meat hand.🤦🏻♂️
Cooked bones are extremely dangerous for dogs! Be careful! Otherwise wonderful video I can’t wait to try it tonight!
Man needs to breathe better
Nice channel. Very professional griller
LOOKS GOOD
I followed your technique and the ribs came out amazing! The part with the butter in the foil made the ribs unbelievably tender. It was hard to even pick them up from the grill at the end because the meat was so soft! One guest complimented me, saying these are the best ribs she's ever had! Everyone enjoyed themselves, thank you for taking the time to explain everything in detail!
Thank you Coleman. This was AMAZING my family loved it on the fourth. Happy fourth by the way, keep it up!
These look like they turned out great! Just a tip non rib related, cooked bones are extremely dangerous for dogs. They splinter and crack very easily. Raw bone/raw meat is recommended🤙🏼
Man tough question how can I keep the temp down on my grill on a hot day I I started up my ribs in the morning when it wasn't so hot its 2pm and probably peak heat and it's keeping the temp at about 450 with one burn on low
This man got some real breathing problems sound like he gasping for a breath😂
