What a terrific presentation! And that's a lovely tart. I'm not a fan of matcha myself. But I can leave it out of the whip cream, or substitute crushed freeze dried cherries for a festive look. It's a great recipe.
Looks delicious! But I'm confused about the water. At 5:45 you add water to the chocolate you're about to melt?? I thought melted chocolate and water did not get along.
