Coconut milk (thin) – 3 cups
Bananas – 2 nos
Strawberries – 4 nos
Honey – 2 tbsp
Assorted nuts – 2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream – 1 large scoop

  1. Your some videos are so expensive for middle class people…I know after putting these stuffs smothies become super tasty…But you have to make these videos with two ways First smothie with all ingredient and second with less ingredients…it will helpful for class of people

  2. Most of your recipes are not made with everyday ingredients. They use too many steps; you are clearly not the one doing the dishes. They are not relatable to the masses.
    Banana Shake for example should have been the most convenient thing to make. Who has Blueberries or even Chia Seeds lying around their kitchen?
