Can I use a kitchen Aid for this bread?
I made them today for the first time. And man, they were the best roles I've ever made and I've made a lot. They are so soft and chewy but even my boyfriend was amazed. Grandma Rita sure knew what she was doing. I will be making these from now on. I'm suspecting it will be hit on Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing this recipe
Best and easiest dinner rolls. I made them today for first time. Perfect!!
2 packets of yeast
I made them today and they turned out great. Love the texture and flavor. They impressed my mother in law and my husband was very proud of me. Will certainly make them regularly. Wasn’t difficult either.
Good thing I'm an experienced baker because the instructions and directions on this video were chaos. -_-
So I checked up the full recipe it is 4 1/2 teaspoons yeast.am an excellent baker even if I say so myself, 4 and half tsp. does not sound right.for a 2 lb.loaf that has 3 cups of bread flour I use 1 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
I have seen this video 3 times just to hear again if you said 4 1/2 teaspoons of yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Did I hear wrong ?4 and half teaspoons of yeast? Even in the captions nothing about yeast only sugar.please clarify.thanks
Looks so good, but rolls are the last thing I need
I can just smell them now yummm ❤❤
Proper measurements for the recipe
Did you put a little butter on the rolls before baking? 🤗
I cooked Indian simple lunch dal chawal plz try to watch
No kneading is necessary in this recipe ? 😬😬😬
Bread flour not bread flower. But looks good, will try
Go back to the drawing board peeps. This video needs (pun intended (kneads)) some work!!!!!!!
Why would you use a smaller measuring cup at the start of the recipe to measure out the milk, that you are pouring into another measuring cup? Just pour the milk into the larger measuring cup from the jug or carton at the start!!!!!!
Can one use knead the dough with a stand mixer and bread hook?
I wanted to see you knead the dough on slippery wax paper.
I'm confused it says add a lightly beaten egg but you just crack the egg into the bread mix….soooo do we beat the egg or just add it????
So, do you knead the dough or not? If so, how long?
