I’ve been waiting for a regular person to make logical smoothies with frozen fruit for months now. A simple YouTube search always led me to the cutest buff 20-something people in their workout gear and good abs talking to me about kale and chia seeds.
And I like kale and chia seeds. And I like buff 20-somethings.
But this 42 year old busy mother of 2 needs logical, nourishing recipes my family will enjoy and I won’t have to fuss too hard to make. Healthy smoothies are the key to transitioning your family away from breakfasts of pancakes, muffins, and cereal and on to fats that keep their blood sugar stable all day!
Here are the ingredients for the three we’re making today and the links to the products I recommend. **Remember collagen, dairy free yogurt, dairy free milk, orange juice, and natural sweeteners can all be used in any of these recipes.

Do you let the fruits thaw a little bit before blending? I heard that, over time, blending rock hard frozen fruits is bad for the blender and can void the warranty.
Once I found out that honey is just Bee vomit 🤢
Thanks for sharing your smoothies!!! 💖❤😄🌹💐🙏
Hi Everyone! My name is Tim And I am a smoothieaholic now! Thanks to Rachel! Lol, these recipes are great seriously! I tried the one with the banana and added a scoop of the collagen into it though.
nice
You are so REAL and so INFORMATIVE. I love your cheery attitude and awesome recipes. I’ve been making protein shakes for quite a while. Even though they have some healthy ingredients, I have learned SO MUCH from watching this. I’ll be changing my daily routine as soon as I get some of the basic ingredients. God bless you and prayers for your continued health recovery.
☕😍
My mother used to make us smoothies before school every morning. Thanks for these recipes!
