  1. Kelly! My grandma used to make this in the 1970s when her cardiologist put her on the Atkins Diet!!!! She was borderline T2D and Atkins fixed everything for her. Thanks so much for bringing wonderful memories back.❤

  2. Endless possibilities. After baked brush with garlic butter and place under the broil for a few mins! You could add bacon bits, garlic, parmesan cheese… Add italian seasoning for a dipping bread for zoodles with meat sauce. Add crumbled sausage and make a keto friendly sausage gravy for a filling… ok someone needs to STOP ME… Thanks again Aaron!!!!
