Why does she apologize when she says “moist” ?
I don't trust recipes like this that simply call for "3 bananas". It seems to imply that all bananas are the same when the sizes can vary drastically.
A good recipe will give you a definite measurement, whether it be a volume or weight.
I think there's to much flour in this recipe. It looks dry.

A little tip. Use browned butter. Give it a richer nutter taste
