How To Make Seafood Egg Rolls Recipe with dipping sauce

For filling:
2 cups lump crab meat
1/2 pound raw shrimp
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumb
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup-1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or cheese of your choice)

1 cup shredded cabbage
3 tbsp sesame oil
Oil for frying

SAUCE:
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
Juice of half a lime
3 tbsp (or more) hot sauce (add until you have desired taste)
