Do you Know what is sad ? You do all the preparation, and all you cook is one or two slabs of ribs. You don't have lets say rib tips or something else. When i light my grill it's not going to be for myself, it going to be for my neighbors or family but im putting a little extra just because !
nothing special.
basic procedure used by many.
1. grill/smoke outside of ribs for color caramelize/Maillard effect. maybe 7 min each side if direct medium flame grilling.
2. then wrap the ribs bake indirect heat low and slow about 200 F for 2 hours.
3. unwrap ribs, then put thin layer of bbq sauce on ribs and bake indirect for 10-15 min at 350-375 on grill to caramelize the bbq sauce a little.
4. let cool and eat.
I thought this was for beginners?
Snap dragon?
The grills ribs are horizontal aka haters
Excellent presentation
Let’s be honest mostly the people that are here is white
WHY DON'T YOU SHUT THE HELL UP AND SHOW US HOW YOUR BBQ. DO NO CARE ABOUT ALL THE OTHER BULLSHIT. COOK COOK
I love your recipe. However you was double talking really fast at the beginning of this video and I never knew if you was cooking baby ribs or spare ribs in this video. Please tell me which one you're using in this video.
Am I mistaken or did he describe the different types of ribs incorrectly?
Nice
Nice video that cuts out the nonsense thanks so much 🙏 would have been great to talk about cooking temps in your Joe
My best ribs always come out of oven
A 16 minute video that could have been done in 2 minutes.
My man’s killed it in this video. I’m confident with a rack of ribs after this one. Yessir 👍
Suddenly, everyone is now a PitMaster. 😂
You have great ideas
Cool video but the fake accent is terrible
So you cook them for 5 hours and still look raw?
Great video!
I learned a lot from your video. Me being a first timer at the smoker
Thanks looks good
In the beginning you hold back ribs up when speaking about spare ribs. Just an fyi
Ribs came out Good. Temp 195 – 205 F
All good advice. Here in the states, we also tend to include either brown sugar, white sugar, or both in our rubs. That makes temperature control crucial. The sugar adds great flavor, but if you get it too hot, it burns and turns bitter.
This video is waaaayyyy too long my friend
