Looks Amazing you should boil the mushroom
i like mushrooms and i'm sure it's tasty but the fact that people think this can replace the protein in a real steak is scary.
Mushrooms are not plants, they are closer to us than to plants, they breathe oxygen like animals, there's a reason why they taste and feel "meaty". Live with that knowledge now.
Great recipe👌🏻 except for the canola and rapeseed oil🤢
If it ain’t cast iron it ain’t a frying pan. And yeah we do need to be eating animals. Without meat we’d still be living in caves and even today you need supplements if you eliminate meat from your diet. Any vegan who says they don’t take supplements is either incredibly unhealthy or a dammed liar.
There’s an awesome video. I’m very excited to try this dish if my lions mane grow, as well as I hope they do the spring or as long as the growing season goes this is my first season growing this type of fungi. Will have fun doing it ha ha funny and I haven’t even had my mushrooms yet.😂
Yes love spicy!
Spicy and lemony
Just made this tonight for dinner and was blown away. Delicious!
I can't eat anything without chilli anymore.
I've been looking for a nice mushroom recipe 🤩 Thanks for sharing!
I wish Lions mane was as available as beef. Finally found some at a PCC store, gunna try this today
Is there to make these without all the oil?
I love spicy.
Every living thing contains lipids(fat). It's a necessary part of cell structure, sandwiched between the inner and outer walls of the cell.
It is not water soluble. So, it acts as a gate, allowing or preventing material from entering the cell.
I’m not even vegan but damn this looks delicious, I want to try it 😭
But animals tastes so good!
Just made these last night and I had a considerable amount of water come out. Damn near submerged half of the mushrooms. Would you recommend pouring off the water if it's this excessive? Thank you. They were amazingly Delicious btw and super tender in certain parts.
Painful to watch you cook.
Spicy food is best… but so is meat.. I could live on meat, potatoes and mushrooms
Amazing recipe thank you!! where did you get that beautiful butchers block ? Can you share the link please? Thank you’
Amazing!
Just subscribed after watching the meat steak you made with Gaz
That looks delicious!
Just harvested my first lions mane!! Can't wait to eat it with my bison steaks hahahaha
I'm so looking forward to this and I'm a super hard no to the rapeseed and canola oil- just poison. I'll be subbing for high quality olive and see how it goes 😀
wow, eye opener, amazing, I neeeed to try this
could one cook this with coconut oil ?
Bruh regular bbq seasoning? That’s too spicy!!
or you can just say, season it, pan sear it, finish it in the oven….
I love spicy food!
Love spicy
I like just enough spice to warm the palate slightly, thus amplifying the flavors, but when cooking for others I make a sauce without heat, then split that into another dispenser with heat for those who like it. This allows people to determine the amount of heat for themselves. I have one grandchild who can't handle heat no one else can even detect!
I tried this out last night, but the only shrooms I could find were way to puny😂 my question is, it smells like I cooked fish (we’re vegan), is that what you get when you cook these? My house is getting hard saged this morning😂
I love my spicy food. ^^
Have you found anything to substitute for the taste of chicken, duck, etc. in the plant world?
I have mixed feelings about spicy foods: don’t care for them over powering the flavor of what’s cooking, and have some health issues making it difficult to eat. There are some health issues that make overly spicy food and I like to taste the food more than the spice.
What is a cool looking bonsai in your kitchen window?
Just got my first lions mane to try this with. Thanks for the recipe!
People, you should not be fearful of eating beef. Cows would have been extinct long ago. We keep the species going only for food. The reason humans made the jump from primate to human was the proteins in the meat. I know your virtue signaling means something to yall, but in the grand scheme of things, what choices you make means little to nothing on this world. The earth will continue to live and create new species. We, the humans are the ones that are screwed. Live your life, eat your meat, life is short and it only happens once.
SPICE IT UPPPPPPP
Ma man! Amazing recipe! Looks absolutely delicious! I cannot find lions mane locally, so I bought a producer's kit and I will try your recipe! Cheers from Brazil!
Canola oil is a big no no … that stuff is equivalent to engine oil (look it up) crazy how many people actually don't know how seriously bad that stuff is on our bodies and overall health
looks like cauliflower
gosh – as much as i love this presentation, and as much as i'm onboard with Lion's Mane, all the toxins from the gas-top cooking, and vegetable oils, and carbonization, may negate the health benefits (of Lion's Mane), no?
Well I'm still going to eat meat but I'm darn sure going to try this with it 😜 looks amazing bud
