Amazing egg recipe, thanks for sharing.
And adding vinegar is 100% unnecessary
I don't understand the appeal of poached eggs.
What’s the best way to strain off the runny whites?
This is real cooking
I believe you must have really fresh eggs
An enormous amount of time ….
What's a 50/50 solution of distilled vinegar? What percentage of ch3cooh v/v is that?
This is really cool. Thanks for posting someting useful!!!!
So double the prep time. Same cook time for same egg. No thanks
just buy one of those $10 chinese egg poachers, poach them IN the shell.
Nah, I'm not spending extra time in the kitchen on most days. Plus I can't tolerate vinegar. Unfortunately.
This changed the game for my poached eggs. Perfect everytime
I will do this every morning when I need to be at work ten minutes ago
Another good technique to try the next time I’m poaching eggs.
Yes but so much vinegar to dump down the drain.
For those with supreme tastebuds sensitive to what they taste: Put water in a pan and cover it with the eggs over heat.
It poaches them without you doing anything.
But isn’t the runny yellow uncooked and raw?
Derp a derp 😂😂😂
This makes a lot more sense than trying to do it in seething water.
This recipe looks great.
How long in the hot water?
3 min?
I love your instruction. So interesting.
