I wonder if that turkey burger recipe can be made with ground chicken too?
Even Julia Child never invested so much time into four turkey thighs.
You forgot the part of the instructions where, after four days of a pan full of onions and turkey sitting in the fridge, you throw away all the ice, wash everything, and make new ice.
I see I’m not the only one who noticed the reference to “Come Out and Play” by “The Offspring”. These ladies seem fun.
Might be good to check the oil temp with an instant read therm after the thighs have been in the oven for a while?
A bit of a rerun for us regular viewers.
👍

Oh yeah! Full episodes of ATK!
Jellied cranberry sauce will always have a place on my table. It's what my Mema put out for Thanksgiving and it's what I think of when I think of "cranberry sauce," even if I make my own anyway.
Is there a substitute for the gellatin? I cannot eat it for health reasons.
I love this lovely ladies having orgasm when trying the food
That turkey confit looks incredible! Bookmarking fer sure.
I like the methodology for making the turkey burgers but I wish she would remove her rings before playing with raw meat.
Julia and Bridget I volunteer to be taste tester 🙋♂️
Bridget dropping an Offspring reference, so baller!!
Need to salt that tomato on the turkey burger.
Normally I am VERY VERY critical of these two PARTICULAR ladies, but I have say I actually liked this episode from beginning to end. Kudos 🎉 Ladies
🦃 & 🍔 😋👍🏻
Love this – would love for you all to do a full blown confit fir preservation recipe
These ladies are adorable 🤣
Questions: how much does that duck fat cost? Can this be done with chicken thighs too? If you re-run this recipe over and over, how long before the duck fat is thrown out? How do you store the duck fat after using it?
It looks incredible, but I don’t have any relatives I’d waste so much time on 😁
this confit turkey idea is killer
😍🦃😍
Always luv what Becky makes! Honest, presise, and caring!
For the Turkey confit, I wonder if the onions in the salt paste are for flavor or if they serve a chemistry purpose? Maybe both like the salt?
We just took the top and bottom off the canned , and then pushed it thru onto a lil plate
Now I'm humming that song in my head " keep it separated" lol
Is it me or did the thermometer reading of 165° look fake?
