How to turn milk into a sweet and chewy snack in 3 minutes



(※ Resting for 30 minutes is optional. You can eat them right away without putting them in the refrigerator once the rice cakes cool down.)

I like rice cakes, so I made rice cakes with milk.

– 2T glutinous rice flour
– Starch powder 4T + 1t
– 200ml milk
– 3T sugar
– A little salt

  3. 우유떡 만들기
    1. 찹쌀가루 2T, 전분가루 4T, 설탕 3T(조금 달듯), 소금 약간, 우유 200ml 넣고 약불에서 천천히 저어준다.
    2. 식기 전에 떡의 모양을 잡고 냉장고에서 30분간 휴지 (생략 가능)
    3. 한입 크기 떡 모양으로 자르고 취향에 따라 코코아 파우더를 뿌린다.
