INGREDIENTS :
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION :-
500grm chicken
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
100grm (½ cup) hung curd
½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
FOR PASTE :-
2 medium sized onions (150grm)
7-8 garlic cloves
1 inch piece of ginger
2 green chillies
10 almonds (soaked & peeled)
oil for cooking
FOR GRAVY :-
1 tsp cumin
3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 inch piece of cinnamon
1 piece of mace
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed red chillies
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp dry Fenugreek leaves
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp crushed pepper
1 green chilli
some chopped coriander
