This is EXACTLY the video I’ve been looking for. I have an intense interest in Texas style BBQ. Where I am in London it’s mostly halal butchers everywhere. Can’t find a lot of the beef and pork cuts there. So I’ve had to resort to supermarket meat in most instances.

Stop buying this supermarket meat rubbish. Its no more expensive shopping with a local butcher if you shop correctly! It may seem more expensive, but, it does excrete half it's weight in water and won't be pumped full of additives. Plus butchers meat is another level compared to that rubbish

This video is so good! I'm really into BBQ and smoking meat, and I've got a ceramic egg that I love like a child. I 1000% agree with supporting your local butchers/farmers, but sometimes I can't afford or haven't got time to go to the butcher.
