  2. Also do you know if this will work with frozen fish? That's about all I have access to around here for a reasonable price, but I find when I thaw it so much moisture comes out and then it's sort of dry and chewy if you know what I mean.

  3. What a great video, I'm totally going to try this. Question: you said that normally you do a single coating, but with a binder. But in this video your single coating had no binder and your double coating had a binder, and you liked the flavour of the single coating but the texture of the double coating. So normally you would coat the fish in mayo/mustard/hot sauce first, then dredge them in the fish fry, and bake them? Thanks.
