I want to make 3 points:1. Wrapping a sole in bacon will taste good. 2. Which restaurant and where? 3. Who are you?
Firstly, that's a double chicken breast, can only be got by pre order from a butcher. Instead of using mayo and slices of processed cheese, use a good quality cream cheese.Rremove the "eye" from the tomatoes before slicing, it's not pleasant to eat. Refrigate the prepared chicken for about 30 minutes, it will make it easier to handle. Don't lay out the bacon slices until you are ready to wrap the chicken roll, leaving it out uncovered is not hygienic The sauce has too many flavours and will overpower the chicken.
