Ingredients:
pork ham hock: 2 pc
water: 2 l (68 pt)
pickled cucumbers juice: 800 ml (27 fl oz)
red onion: 300 g (11 oz)
garlic: 1 pc
bay leaves: 4 pc
black peppercorns: 10 g (0.4 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
garlic: 20 g (0.7 oz)
pickled cucumbers: 300 g (11 oz)
toast bread: 4 slices
vegetable oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
mayonnaise: 50 g (1.8 oz)
mustard: 20 g (0.7 oz)
pickled cucumbers: 3 pc
