I unfortunately missed a work trip to FW last week. I shared some of the Ribees videos and told them the Goldee's story….etc, etc and how he needs to go to Ribees.. He listened and immediately said its the best ribs hes ever had and 3 days later hes jonesing for them but we are thousands of miles away :/

i dont know if i see this model working out, only pork ribs? not very appealing. to me it looks like the idea is to franchise and easy items to replicate like pork ribs make sense when you'ret trying to scale, but generally i just dont think people care for pork or pork ribs
terry blacks in dallas, they stay open til 9pm at least and eve never had to wake up early to get in line. if there is a line its simply a line to start ordering. the longest ive ever had to wait in line before getting to the ordering counter was maybe 20 minutes and that was in heavy tourist season

I'm totally down with these setups. I'm also down with offering items you can only get at one Spot or the other. They should totally add Fried Chicken or Grilled/half smoked wings to go along with that to go Picnic vibe. Great video.
