Yeah I just did them and I put them in my miso broth for the ramen I made. That should've been able to make them tender and they were dry like jerky and gristly like a bad cut of steak.

This was one of the worst things I’ve ever purchased from Costco. It was just chunks of fat and inedible meats. I also bought the Barbacoa Birria taco meat and now it was pretty much the same as well. I swear Costco has just gone downhill lately.
Lol you can get some burnt ends from Aldi for like $6 a pound and they are actually good. People think everything from Costco is great, it's not. And they still have DEI

I tried these but I used tallow instead they came out completely different they were moist and tender idk what happened with yours.
I always see these when I'm there and always wonder if they are good. The photo makes them look like they have a good bark on them but they look terrible out of the package.

I could tell that was going to taste like shit once I saw the product in the packaging. Vacuum sealed is good but seeing a dry ass lump of meat smushed together was not a good sign. It looked so dry I forgot it was burnt ends and thought it was jerky for a second.
I’ve always seen these and wondered if they were good. Glad I’ll be saving my money thank you
