While this is definitely delicious and healthy it's not something a regular person should often have. Over 500kcals in the form of a drink that you can empty in 10 seconds.
The appearance of ultra high calorie drinkables like Mcflurry or some starbucks coffees is really one of the reasons why there's so many obese people nowadays. This smoothie is obviously 100 times better than than that crap, although sadly human body doest really care if something is healthy in terms of getting fat 😉
It can be easily modified though. Two tablespoons of peanut butter is 200kcals alone in this, replace it with two tablespoons of powdered peanut butter. You're still getting the peanut taste, but with just 360kcals instead of 500
