There are so many good Oreo hacks, but this one might be the best! You have to try these INSANE Traeger smoked bacon wrapped Oreos and let me know what you think!

Recipe…

20 Oreo cookies
10 slices thick-cut bacon, halved
2 tbsp barbecue rub
2 tbsp Barbecue sauce, (spicy or regular) for brushing

1- Start by wrapping each Oreo in a half slice of bacon, securing with overlapping seams.

2- Sprinkle with barbecue rub and smoke on a Traeger pellet grill at 250°F for 20 minutes.

3- Brush the bacon-wrapped Oreos with barbecue sauce for added flavor.

4- Continue smoking for another 20 minutes until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.
