豚肩ロースのビール煮込み [材料] 豚肩ロース 300g 塩 3g 玉ねぎ 150g すりおろしニンニク 5g ビール 350ml 砂糖 小さじ2 米酢 小さじ1 油 10g [作り方] 下準備：玉ねぎを薄切りにする。 ①豚肩ロースに塩をまぶし20分置く ②フライパンに少量の油(分量外)をひき、中火で豚肩ロースに焼き目をつける ③別の鍋に油と玉ねぎを加え弱火で狐色になるまで炒める。 ④すりおろしニンニクを加え1分加熱する。 ⑤豚肩ロース、砂糖、米酢、ビールを加え蓋をして弱火で1時間煮込む。 ⑥液体が1/4ほどになるまで煮詰める。 #豚肩ロース #ビール煮込み source
