Lemon pepper chicken thighs on skewers are easy to make and easier to eat. Lemon pepper is a favourite seasoning of mine but I wanted to make these spicy as well.

I run through how to prep the thighs for this recipe, plus run through how to make your own lemon pepper marinade and the setup of the BBQ, including the cooking time.

As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

As always, cheers for watching and see below for equipment I use to make my videos and the gear I use in them.
