  1. I'd like to see this video in your typical long format. Im curious how many days you can store the shreaded potatoes in the fridge before using. It would be great to make at least the day before cooking for many folks the next day. Have a great day 😀

  2. I was literally (trying to) making hash browns from scratch when this was posted. Wish you were 1/2 hour earlier. The flip was a disaster: the two-spatula technique looks worth a try. I used a cheese grater (and only two smaller potatoes) so my "strands" were much smaller. Is this an important distinction to the process? I'll reserve adding toppings for level 2. Just salt and pepper for now.
