What's your favorite shrimp and pasta recipe?
Just add 47,000 sticks of butter….
I'm going to make this!
That looks absolutely delicious, Paula.
That looks really good…
Oh duck fat yummy
A good friend of mine raises chickens and I buy eggs from her. Yes, they are richer than store bought eggs.. yum ! This recipe sounds so good.. I'm making it this weekend when my kids come over.
Looking delicious😋😋😋
Cheese and shrimp??? Nope
lol
"some not bad shrimp"
is all most of us can afford
Hi Miss Paula! Luv from New England!
Looks so good 🍴
Yeah the canned salsa is a no-go like Paula hinted at. I don't know if it's a Chicago thing, but every grocery store in this city offers different fresh-made salsas. If available at your grocer, these would be fresher, probably way less sodium, and still a time-saver.
This Spicy Shrimp and Pasta Casserole recipe looks so delicious 😋Paula.
That looks amazing!!!!
I'll pass on this
Oh i must make this!! (But prefer a buttery, lemon, garlic sauce rather than salsa
Interesting ingredients for this dish.
aren't the noodles overcooked when everything is finished?
Paula, girl- you are losing weight!! Be careful! Love you

Happy Superbowl Sunday, y'all. This looks so good with the exception of the cheese. I don't like cheese on seafood. Definitely gonna try this, though. Yum! 👍👍😘
Have a great day, everyone. Good luck if you're betting on the big game!! 😜🏈🏈🏈🏈
Lost me with the salsa.
But still didn't see anything spicy about it.
I have a vary similar recipe that uses a homemade spinach artichoke dip.
The mistake I made when I first tried this recipe was pouring the combined cream and spice mixture over the top, since the pasta acted like a filter and left all of the seasonings on top.
Here's my Shrimp & Pasta Bake recipe:
Mix 2T Italian seasoning, 2T Moroccan spice blend, 2T dried basil, 2T dried parsley, 2T dried chives, 1T ground cumin,1T onion powder, 1T dried thyme, 1T black pepper, ½tsp smoked paprika – mix and set aside.
In large bowl mix 1c thick plain yogurt, 2c heavy cream (or half and half), 2 large eggs, 1tsp salt, 1T onion powder, 1tsp garlic powder – mix well and set aside.
In 13×9×3 buttered glass casserole dish layer cooked whole wheat angel hair pasta, spinkle evenly 2T dried minced onion, 1tsp red pepper flakes, ¼ of the spice mixture, about ⅓ of the cream mixture, then layer half a batch of homemade spinach artichoke dip and spread evenly, ½pound raw cleaned shrimp (I usually add about ¾ of a pound to completely cover, 1½ pounds total), 2T dried minced onion, ¼ spice mixture, ½c grated parmesan cheese; repeat a second layer of each, top with remaining cream mixture, 1c fresh shredded provolone cheese, ½-¾c grated parmesan cheese, then let stand 10 minutes to allow dried minced onion to moisten.
Bake@ 350° 20-25 minutes, garnish with thin sliced green onion, fresh basil and parsley.
By adding the spices in different layers you'll get a better tasting casserole that is flavored throughout and not just on top.
I make a double batch of my spinach artichoke dip and reserve half of it to make either this or my lasagna, and it just makes an incredible addition.
Enjoy.
"I'm spraying my pan with a little duck fat " lol
Oh yeah! 💕
That looks wonderful! Can't wait to make it!
I think angelhair pasta is always overcooked and sticky.
Thank you, Paula.
Holy cow. That’s about 100.00 worth of shrimp. Wow.
My husband just asked me after he watched your video, why I wasn’t already making this. 😁
Good morning, everyone
Thanks for sharing this recipe. Paula, I'm not sure if you realize it or not, but the granite countertop you make recipes on is VERY noisy when you're moving bowls, etc. When mixing in a bowl, place a towel underneath, and just move smaller ingredient bowls more lightly. Respectively submitted. 😊
Yummmm, love this ❤️
This recipe definitely calls for a deeper casserole dish. Looks good.
That looks delicious! Thanks Paula.
That looks delicious 😋 thank you for sharing your recipe with us.
Great Paula🍤🥣 I sure missed Sandy too! I love ya’ll together 👯♂️
It looked good until the addition of the salsa. To me, it really doesn't go with the rest of the ingredients. I'd toss both the angel hair and the shrimp in the cheese mixture and then pour it into the dish — and omit the salsa. Maybe some fresh diced tomatoes and fresh basil, along with some green onions instead.
