Marry Me Ground Beef Soup
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
3 garlic cloves
Sun dried tomatoes & juices
3 1/4cups beef broth
3 cups bow tie pasta
3 cups heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese
1 cups parmesan cheese
Brown Ground Beef. Drain and removed from pan. Sauté onions and garlic. And sun-dried tomatoes. D glaze pan with 2 tablespoons of beef broth. Add beef broth and pasta. Boil for five minutes.
Add cream cheese. Allow to melt. Add heavy cream. Boil for 6 minutes. Lower heat to a simmer. Add cheese. Season with garlic-pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed peppers.
