This is the idiot who destroyed the Connaught..
Funny how she said it was currently in the Summer season so they were doing a Liguria style menu. OK with the red mullet but Radicchio Rosso? haha, come one. That's from Veneto region my dear. With her pronunciation and seemingly no Italians in the kitchen I think she is taking the piss out of English customers, not really true cuisine is it.
Radicchio is pronounced with a 'K' sound not a 'CHEE' sound cara mia.
We need to see more of Ash!!

Usually I really like the quality of these videos, but in this one the camera was so all over the place i almost felt nauseous. Even before she said it it reminded me completely of most videos featuring Gordon Ramsay.. is there a connection ?
I loved this dish! She is so humble and down to earth, the plate looks beautiful and tasty just using simple, healthy, ingredients (no tons of oil and butter).
She's got Ramsay's "Ohhhkay" :P!

It's the eggs that are used, if you use fresh free range eggs the yolks will give it this colour
How you got the pasta so yellow?
I highly doubt it. I think she was making a small amount for a demonstration.
