Why did you rest the meat when you mixed all the ingredients. Any reason? If you reply me that the meat will soak all the ingredients then u r wrong. It will taste good I know but when u make a video(not only you) you used a chef term and technique which is totally wrong. So if you cook at home use the word home cooking. Dnt use chef's term
