  1. Try scoring the fat cap with cross pattern allows the fat to render better. I cooked a prime rib for Christmas. Much different. I used 225 smoke. Then once about ten degrees out. Used roast setting to sear all sides on ninja. But yeah I had so many compliments on my prime rib this year. Ninjas rock.

  2. Nice cook CJ. Not sure but you mentioned smoked and smoke but did not see it during the setup and which flavour you used. Im assuming it would be pecan. I also noticed that you tend to favour the grill over the oven for this cook!!. Merry Xmas to you and family and thanks for all your content and look forward to 2025
