A review of the Nutribullet smoothie maker after over 5 years of daily use.
I use this NutriBullet for smoothies, blending, and some food processing. If you’re considering buying this blender versus a large blender, food processor, or juicer, I discuss exactly what you’re getting when you’re buying a NutriBullet – what its good at and what it’s limits are.
I’m also sharing one of our favorite smoothie recipes! This cleansing smoothie recipe contains ginger, celery, apple, lemon, banana and apple cider vinegar. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties which are incredible for muscle and joints and overall reduction of inflammation in the body. Apple cider vinegar is good at reducing bacteria and toxins. It’s a natural cleanser that also helps balance blood sugar and blood pressure in the body. We like to make a cleansing smoothie like this about once a week and we notice a difference – it’s powerful and effective!
