Hola. Is this one of your go to recipes or just another random batch cooked up for YouTube? I haven’t been to your channel in a couple months because I was kind of turned off when you got away from the Vivaldi dishes and actual staples in your home life/restaurant life. Probably sounds a little harsh, but it is what it is and I’m genuinely curious. I could probably go on and on, but I’ll just leave it at that and wish you nothing but the best.

The chicken turned out great but too much water on the potatoes so it steamed more than roasted. May cook this on two separate trays next time and increase heat.
