As someone who is 14 and has been coking since 2 and a half next time instead of a batter for the chicken have eggs stir them put the chicken in that then in the flower back in egg and then 1 morw in the flower them leave it in the oil for agout 20 minutes itll bc crispy and also the breading wont be falling apart im glad you enjpyed yhis i will definitely try this out keep up the grind

Instead of flower, try cornstarch and egg, then deepfry it. You dont need to cook the sauce in the pan. You can just mix it in a bowl and add it to the chicken, then pop it in the over at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
